I usually love buying my interior decors from this store. But today I needed a gas lighter I got in the store and I was asked for an ID I didn’t have any. I went back home to get my British residence permit and this middle aged man on the tills told me I can’t use it. How on earth a government given document containing my face and my date of birth can not be used as a means to confirm my identification. I was really embarrassed as the sales person was rude and very unprofessional. Racist behavior . Never going back there.
Update. Christmas is coming. Pop in here before you go mad in the Tesco Extra. They have an enormous range of Christmas decorations that stand alone or hang from something. Some very attractive items all of it under £20. Times are tough we are all spending wisely... You could come in and see for yourself. It does have everything you could think of to make Christmas colourful and happy.nnIf you are thinking of decorating pop in and see their range of stuff:nThis huge store is on the retail park adjacent to the Big Tesco and PureGym. It clean and tidy as you can see from the few photos. It's quiet inside no hissing radio blasting thru tinny speakers in the ceiling. The staff seem attentive. There's close parking Infront of the store. And wheel chair access. I was in the do it yourself and decorate section getting some ideas for my own place. I tend to have a look see. Do some mental arithmetic rounding up and come to a rough cost of redecorating say the bathroom. Then I know what I'm up against. How much paint do I need how much will it be. And plan it out. Then when I'm ready I go to the places where there is stuff at a fair price that will do the job. Then go in the bin. I'm not interested in jam pots with turps in soaking brushes to be cleaned for next year. It's a recipe for too many mistakes later as things get forgotten about or tipped up. Anyway enough said.
Plenty of variety, affordable and well layed out. Staff are always helpful.

Only went in for bin liners too much selections and great deals, ended up buying carrier bags and departed £37 lol. Xmas is already out today
