Dear B&M Management,nnI am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the treatment I received at your store. Having lived in the Middle East for 10 years and recently relocated to Doncaster after 18 months in Portsmouth, I've spent my entire career in customer service and understand the importance of treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, I recently had the worst experience I've ever encountered in your store.nnUpon entering, I greeted one of your staff members with a smile, only to be met with rudeness. Despite the store not being busy, she ignored my presence and treated me differently from the customers of her own ethnicity who were in line ahead of me. When it was my turn, her demeanor completely changed.nnDuring checkout, when I had an issue with my payment and needed a moment to transfer funds between accounts, she looked at me as though I were trying to steal. A few seconds later, a colleague joined her, and they both began laughing at me and making derogatory comments right in front of me. Even after I successfully paid, I could still hear them mocking me as I walked out. I felt humiliated and as if my £54 purchase had somehow made me feel like I had done something wrong.nnI approached her afterward and expressed that she should have waited until I left the store before insulting me. Her behavior, especially in front of my young son and wife, was entirely disrespectful and unacceptable.nnI request that this incident be thoroughly investigated, as this is not the level of service I expect from B&M. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why I was treated in such a manner. I intend to follow up on this matter until it is resolved appropriately.nnThank you for your attention to this serious issue.
I went in for one item, spent almost £40 and got back to the car only to realise, yes you guessed correctly I wouldn’t have been popular at home without the Shake n vac style product. Young lady on till very friendly and a credit to B &M.nSome great products at fantastic prices, proper Yorkshire man bargains
The manager refuses to fix the air conditioning so it can be very unbreable in warm weather & instantly gives me a headache when I visit. The staff are OK & and friendly, apart from the constant pushing you to purchase EuroMillions lottery. I don't gamble, but drinking the wide range of alcohol on offer is my vice.
They kick us out for no reason n saying that they don’t care if I need go that shop asap for pet food or whatever as they dont care as I got picture of two man who don’t care about people or their pet n babies as you can see picture two man who taller then other that is them, I want those two man be fired or otherwise I will make that shop closed down for good cos it’s unfriendly place for those who mothers or people who own pet
Had everything I wanted at a great price that's why I keep coming back.
