Very tidy B and M store. Easy to navigate. Loads of bargains and ample parking, easy to get to. Huge food section and also has a fridge for chilled things. Much milk.nnIts huge! One of the bigger stores. No queue for the tills today although it wasn't very busy.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Harry and the supervisor sorry didn’t get your name on duty on Monday 20th May 2024. Bought a steel pergola a few weeks ago, after putting most of the frame up we realised we had some wrong parts. Chanced our lucky by taking just the incorrect parts back to B&M in Stanway - despite having no receipts. The lady was amazing for tracking down the receipt, as we payed in cash so no bank statements for proof of purchase. They changed over the faulty parts, got back home and the pergola is now up and fitted correctly. OUTSTANDING customer service - very patient and accommodating considering it was nearly the end of their shift they went above and beyond to help us. You are both a credit to your team. One very happy customer!! :
I found several things I hadn't previously realised I needed. The shelves were well stocked and the prices were sensible. They could do with manning all their tills as it took a while before I could pay.
One of the workers was very rude to me im 12 told me off basically for nothing and once done said do u want any more abuse bei can say a lot more Wich I found rude everyone else was great apart from her. rude.
