the store is nice, as good as any BM store gets but I can see why there are so many negative reviews about the pink haired cashier. she was so rude to me and my friend and it can’t be put down to something such as a bad day, as my friend shops here rather often and said she always has that attitude. why they are allowing such behaviour is beyond me? she practically threw our purchases to us, including delicate things like candles, and then quite literally tutted and sighed when I asked her if there’s anything to wrap them in there wasn’t so rude.
I totally agree with what everyone says about the VERY RUDE pink haired cashier. Im white british so its not about racism its the fact that shes got no customer service skills whatsover & very aggressive attitude. I hate going to her till if there's only her on as i can guarantee that she will be rude one way or another, she drops everything down as if on purpose to break things, my biscuits were all broken last time & before you have chance to pack your bag the nxt customers shopping is being lauched down the belt mind you i overheard a blonde frizzy haired female manager shouting at an old man the other week over a refund she literally didnt know what she was doing & got herself all stressed & was then shouting at him when it was her mistake so im not surprised the staff act the same way. Shame as its put me off going & lately tge delivery truck blocks the gate at the back which causes gridlock in the car park with people trying to get out. What a joke treat your customers well as without them you wouldnt have a job
I’ve just returned from the store which is fab apart from a disgusting pink haired old cashier who was not only rude, throwing the items purchased, but had disgusting customer service skills. She was pleasant to the person before me and the chap behind me but totally ignored me and was aggressive in her interaction despite me being totally pleasant. The only conclusion for this abhorrent behaviour is racism and hate. Other employees have been fine but this cashier is utterly deplorable. Shame!
Cashier with pink hair is the rudest person I have ever came across went in with family who had travelled all the way down from wales visiting us for a few nights for her to ID 3 fully grown adults for vape juice even though only one of us was buying the liquid.nnShe completely embarrassed us with a big line of people behind us, forcing us to leave the product behind and her yelling at us that she doesn’t make the rules and that she had enough ,this lady is a very sarcastic character I wouldn’t not enjoy the thought of even working with her she seems very difficult and she can be full of life or the rudest member of staff you will see but I did not set out that morning to be embarrassed by a cashier in shop full off people certainly won’t be visiting this store as frequent and I will be following this up with a complaint to HQ!!disgusting.
I had a very bad experience today at B&M, Sale. The pink hair lady was rude and shouting at me when I asked the receipt. I asked the receipt as I had my car parked and wanted to make sure I have a proof of purchase. She started shouting that there is no receipt and when I challenged her how she gave receipt to the lady before me she shouted paper has run out. Looking at the reviews below I can conclude that this is nothing but racism.
