Always able to get a good deal in this store. Also some fantastic bargains can be spotted when your looking in the right places. Staff very polite and helpful too! Altogether a great store. Only points which I would raise as a “negative” would be the very loud and often irritating tannoy call outs for staff, and sometimes when very busy the checkouts would be understaffed albeit there are plenty staff on the shop floor.

I would like to commend a very pleasant and helpful member of staff - Jane Clarke. I was looking for a specific item today and was very impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff member in question, Jane Clarke, gave me her undivided attention and went to great lengths to locate the item I was looking for. Thank you Jane, you are an asset to your company. Excellent service as always. Well stocked and tidy despite how busy it was and the time of year. Well done to all the staff!

Great place with superb prices, only downfall is there is never enough staff on the tills, always need to stand in a lengthy queue, staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
