Massive store with everything you could want and more! Small lift to take you up a level but no customer toilets. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Been shopping here since it opened. Went today to grab a few bits and didn’t have buggy so thought I’d grab a trolley but misplaced my £1 coin so asked to swap change at the tills. Was told that wouldn’t be possible - I left as I couldn’t carry a 18month old and shopping. If I’m honest the blunt answer with no offer of help has put me off coming back.
Always love a B and M visit and 3 stores within a 10 mile radius of my home.nThe Banbury store is fairly new about 12 months,and well stocked,and staff always helpful.
Massive warehouse full of great stuff. Wish that the customer service was a whole lot better. Refused a heavily pregnant woman to use the toilets as they don’t have any “customer toilets”.
Great choices in a big shop with good prices. Has a large on site car park.
