I was a bit surprised by the huge interior of the B&M store. As per usual there was an unassuming frontage with the big red & blue logo.nnIt seems to be about three times the size of the Taunton store.nnFrom soft-close toilet seats to crockery, and their staple of well-priced confectionary. You could get lost in the store for an hour just looking round.nnHidden away at the back is the outdoor garden section. This is again huge with furniture, bedding plants, sheds and pretty much everything you would need to redesign your garden.
They never stock anything every time I go in for something it hasn't been stocked on the shelves,must be lazy staff not doing jobs properly....google asking me to add photos....next time I go in I'll take photos of the empty shelves.....not a good b&m at all....sort your staff out what are you paying them for????....update... yet again shelves are empty update 2.....shelves still empty update 3 shelves stocked today after 5 weeks will see how long it takes next time...update 4 coming soon.....update 4 still not fully stocked the b+m in Shepton mallet is 10 times the store this one is,I think the staff in bridgwater b+m go through the hotwheels boxes before the customers do and scalp all the good cars before they even hit the shelves,I think a call to hr is needed and I will be doing that very soon,absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff...update 5 yet again the shelves are empty looks like they've gone through the boxes and put all the cards out that are no good to any collectors,staff are taking all the good stuff,are the managers going to do anything about it or are they in on it themselves aswell ....update 6 will be more photos to prove I am not lying...update 6 didn't have phone on me but the shelves are still empty ....update 7 will include photos I'll make sure of it update 7 with photos coming next visit...hotwheels shelves still completely empty what a farce looks like the other person that's left a review the Hot Wheels guygets first dibs probably why there is nothing on the shelves.....scalpers never leave anything for anyone else,this has got to be the worst b&m in the country,staff should be fired for giving insiders first choices,I think the executives that read this might want to look into this problem,I've now given head office a ring and they are going to look into this for me,put an end to all the scalpers at long last,another update hotwheels shelves still empty after 3 months staff useless and very rude at the tills
I worked at a B&M store a while back, and my experience of working there wasn't always good. But the Bridgewater store is very nice, clean, well stocked, great garden centre and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.
Visited Bridgwater store today. Found everything I wanted and more. Special thanks to Toni on checkout and Jane, who helped me load the car for all their help, nothing was too trouble for either of them. B & M are lucky to have such helpful and cheerful employees
To be honest I i would give zero stars if that was an option. Between getting huffed at for wanting to pay for 2 items and leave, by what I can only assume is the manager no uniform or name badge and then have the same miserable, karen looking bully try to start an argument for no other reason than just being a nasty person. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. B&M in general is a great shop but the bridgwater location has no air conditioning, naff all staff, and a horrendous manager that quite frankly, should not be in a customer based role.
