I spoke to a lovely lady working upstairs called Annie. I was helping my mother buy a hoover, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and despite her being very busy she took her time to assist us. After my mother decided on which hoover to buy she then offered to carry it down the stairs and to the tills. If you ever need help about electrical items I would highly speak to her. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.
Okay selection homeware but great selection of cleaning supplies. Parking is great at this location and free for 3 hours. I will say even in the winter, the store is incredibly hot inside. They could do with getting air conditioning fitted or something to regulate the temperature better. Till staff are usually always friendly.
My daughter loves shopping in B&M. She likes finding new things and getting bubbles. Pity stores only think people get them for spring and summer. We found spider robot that will be a great present for the brother inlaw.
Just went to B & M, Hathaway store in Chippenham and the customer service was excellent. My daughter had sent me photos of items wanted by my grandchildren for Christmas but I couldn't find them in the store. Spoke to Dean who said both had been moved and went out of his way to find them for me. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thankyou Dean.
Great place to shop for toys for the kids plus a good place to get paint for the house they still have maned tills which is a bonus nowadays so A. Very big ten plus
