One Rude lady and not very helpful when asking for help. She Continued to whisper in another member of staffs ear whilst serving me because I told her she wasn't helpful after she was rude whilst i was polite to her asking about an item i had been over charged for.Terrible behaviour and customer service. Complained to b and m they said look in to it, however no update. The picture of paint advertised wrong I was charged £25 for she didnt even move to look at the incorrect pricing . Other staff where polite, this member of staff let the shop down massively!
I complained about what I felt was very very misleading. Sales flyers in several places in the cleaning aisle. Staff weren't interested but did seem also confused. Worse, neither was the customer service department. They auto acknowledged the ticket but didn't reply. I didn't get any discount applied.nnApparently, vacuum cleaners aren't cleaning stuff??
Great place with a great range of products at reasonable prices, this store also has a decent outside area for all of your gardening needs. Staff always friendly and helpful, but there is always a wait at the till.
Myself and my partner went into this store and bought goods. We went to the till to pay for goods and was luckily enough to be served by a lovely lady named Debbie she was brilliant she helped pack the trolley as she put them through the till.nThen called another lady over to take her place for a bit and Debbie went out of her way and helped us to the car pushing the trolley for my partner who walks with walking stick.nDebbie is a credit to the store she was awesome. Thank you Debbie for all your help
Brilliant store clean and well stocked with friendly staff.nI recently had to return an item that was faulty ...this was resolved quickly and efficiently the minimum of fuss by a lovely member of staff who had a warm and friendly manner.
