Really rude staff, took an out of date item back today, just over 2 weeks out of date, no apology from woman on till for me having to go out of my way to bring product back to store and then handed me the receipt with not even a thank you, no communication at all, very very rude!!!nWhen I purchased said item a couple of days before, 2 staff moaning, one saying she was going to be sick and another moaning down the aisle that she was tired if you don't want to work there, get another job!!!!
A good selection of items but signage not great so I couldn't find the section I wanted without walking up and down every aisle. It's a big shop!
Great store with good quality and excellent prices staff not very friendly though especially on the tillon my visit was more interested talking to her colleague than me.
I’ve been there at the end of November to buy a gift for my husband with some Thorntons chocolates and when I give it to himon 13 of Dec he find out that was expired from 19.10.2023 ! I did a huge mistake by throwing the receipt bcz I was buying from you guys , a big and trusted shop !
