Highly disappointed with the management of this store, embarrassing their own employees in front of customers. I was at the till being served by a lovely lady and the managers come over and instruct their employee to “empty your pockets” right in front of all the customers onto the checkout counter. Upon questioning why this was done in the way it was, I was told it was a “running joke with the checkout staff”!!!nnTo treat your employees like this and humiliate them in front of customers and to say it’s a joke is highly unprofessional. Sort it out.
Purchased some fantastic storage containers to display Guide Dog Merchandise in my shop
Use this B&M regularly. Used to be my local branch. Shop well stocked and availability of products is fairly good for all our requirements. This branch does sell alcohol were the other nearest branch in Drayton does not. Parking is fairly busy most times of the day. As mentioned in previous reviews, check main access roads Burrfields and link roads to Eastern Road before attempting to park. Drive thru McDonald's is on outer edge of car park so this makes parking here an issue.
Great value with friendly helpful staff. This year we bought the best real Christmas tree we have ever had in over 30 years and it was only £40 for one that was over 6 foot tall.
Love this store I always find some great stuff here the only down side is it's not easy to get to if you don't have a car as there is no bus service to Ocean retail park .
