Last time I bought this drink, the price on the shelf was marked as £1, but when I went to pay, the machine showed £1.20. I asked the staff about it, and they rudely insisted that it was definitely £1.20, without even trying to understand the situation. It left a very bad impression.
It’s BIG! Easy to find everything if you’ve shopped in a B&M store. I am disabled and nothing was too much trouble for the assistants, they retrieved the things I needed, got me a shopping trolley so I could support myself and one lovely lady walked the store with me. Thank you guys, you are amazing
Every time I’ve visited this B&M’s I’ve always found what I’ve wanted, there’s been great deals here for instance I got my wood flooring at a discount price. Great variety of things, you’ll find here what you find at every other store to be honest. The staff are so lovely here, always friendly and helpful. Parking always available and accessible also.
Selling out smashed glass food storage items I have lost the receipt stuck with item as they sold it out faulty and will not return with out reciept. Dangerous unfit for purpose . I have a three and a half mile drive to this location when they are at fault to return it. Check your items over as the staff couldn't care a less. Will happily sell you smashed items here . No regard whatsoever ever for customer
