First time at this B&M store…worst of them all, this place is in need of a good clean, i.e. floors swept, mopped. Couldn’t get stock off the shelves lots of trolleys of rubbish blocking. Felt invisible to staff members, that walked repeatedly and didn't offer any help or assistance, 2 stars only cause nice wee girl on checkout that served us, and the decent stock levels so benefit of doubt not sure if that’s the norm might have been an off day, the store was in such a disgrace.
I love this shop the staff are very friendly and very helpful and thoughtful
Mixed bag. Carpark full of rubbish, fast food wrappers, tins of paint and other strange items of garbage. Going to get a trolley there was a horrible off-putting smell of stale urine, god knows what that was about. The trolley had Rubish in it like old vape boxes and some other assorted garbage.nThe sad thing is inside was fine there was loads of brand names really cheap and see staff were great. On way out I noticed there was what I can only describe as the remains of a fight between a door and adrunk with a tin of paint! See photos attached.nSorry to be negative but I felt like I would only go back if I took a bodyguard.
