Huge selection of pretty much everything you could imagine. Shelves was stacked.nFound what I was looking for and more. So hard to go to B & M to buy what your looking for and come out with x4 as much. Great prices.nStaff were friendly.nPletty of parking outside.
Mum used to drag me there at Christmas time and halloween. Exhausted from a night shift I would drag my heels , however! Never was there a year where we didn't find a bargain and come away spending more than intended. Always a good shopping experience.
Wow. My experience last week at this store was second to none. I was kindly greeted and served by a young man who told me his name was Charlie. He really enhanced my shopping experience as a customer and made my day with his politeness and ready to help attitude! He even asked me if I needed help bringing my large purchase to my car! All till staff had a lovely smile on their faces and the shop floor staff were also extremely helpful. Will be returning!
Picked up loads of good stuff today and love popping in here. However, the customer service was terrible!! The woman who served me could barely take a break in her conversation with the other staff member on the other checkout to even look at me, let alone smile or say goodbye. Completely disinterested and rude. I may as well have not even been standing there! Manner and a smile cost nothing.
The store and staff is fantastic. I love my b&m stores. But your surrounding outside specifically is so dirty crowded with plastics and paper. It will be nicer if you put your surrounding clean and tidy.
