Last time I visited I felt unwell when I reached the till, and the staff were absolutely amazing. So considerate and helpful, they couldn't do enough for me. Many thanks to the assistant manager for all kindness.nThe shop is great. Packed with bargains and easily accessible from handy blue badge parking.
The shop is a maze and very disjointed. There is never enough staff on the tills... always only the kiosk on with a huge queue. The shop is always an absolute tip with stock all over the place and so many items in either the wrong place or just not priced. The staff are generally helpful though.nnWhy can the customer not see the price of the items as they are being rang through the till? You have to wait until you've paid to get your receipt to then realise you've been overcharged!
It's huge, and quite busy. Lots of products at a good price and some real bargains. Not enough tills were open so had to queue up 10mins+
Today was the first time I visited the store. I can honestly say not the best experience.nTrying to find some thing is very confusing The aisles are on a weird angle so you cannot see down them as well as they are too long, so you are forced to walk down a full aisle because of this trying to find staff is hard
I am very familiar with the store footprint, having known it since it was a co-op many years ago.nThe floor plan is incredible now. It is like a maze. Totally different to how it has been in previous iterations. They've squeezed every single square inch of space and filled it with a veritable cornucopia of goods.
