Sometimes untidy, no matter what time of day, there is usually only one cashier serving, usually the kiosk, ive been there when there are very long ques, and it can take anywhere up to 10 minutes before another cashier comes to a till. And when he/she does, they arent very friendly and make it feel like its the customers fault that its so busy.

The worst time to shop in B&M is at Christmas time. The longest a que has ever took (i actually timed it) to go down, was 20 minutes.

Products sold sometimes have an incorrect shelf price, and even if you use the store app for the barcode scanner, it does sometimes show a message saying that the item us "Temporarily unavailable" even though the product is in front of you.

Cheap and cheerful. Good selection of things but a bit narrow in the aisles to get a pushchair or mobility scooters round.

Its not that i dislike b m but this one doesnt have anything. Sure it has food n toiletries couple of kitchen bits i guess in comparrison to other stores its quite rubbish

Often it's busy here...A wide range of products moderately priced. Shop layout can sometimes seem tight...probably due to the amount of customers in store.
