Had my Mazda serviced, helpful staff very welcoming. Even changed my battery on my key as they noticed it was running low. Was offered a lift into town however, it was a lovely day and within walking distance. There is a seating area where you can wait.
I rate Pat Kirk Mazda in Strabane 1st rate, nothing is too much trouble, anything that I've needed or had a query on Andy in Mazda Service has sorted things out for me. I've had my CX5 nearly four years now & the garage have booked an MOT slot & a service for the beginning of next year already. Great job guys & you're a credit to your profession

Great customer service. They are a lovely team to deal with. They sold me a fantastic second-hand car with a good price. I will definitely be coming back.
Got tyres fitted but they broke my locking wheelnut on the front and when approached about it they said there was nothing they can do and left me too defend for myself. Had too ring quick fit headoffice and the same was said .The only people who could help was Raymond Donnellys Dungannon vauxhall garage ..that shows the difference in garages.Cris should learn how too take a locking wheelnut properly.
Can't thank Andrew Crawford & Luke Edwards enough for getting our daughter sorted out with a new car. We've known Andrew for over 5 years and have always purchased cars from him. The service he gave us as well as introducing us to Luke was great. We were kept informed of progress and all he staff at Pat Kirk are Friendly and helpful. Had a great experience with the staff at Pat Kirks. Met Holly who directed me promptly and professionally to Ciara who managed to sell me a beautiful used Mazda CX5. Both ladies were very professional, kind and are a great assett to the company. Also met Andy who had my car ready the following day for collection. The best ever experience i have had when buying a car. They are all a credit to Pat Kirk ltd. We always hear from those that have complaints so it is equally important when things are great to also share those experiences. Well done again to all at the company. .
Just had some work carried out in Pat Kirk Mazda, Brookmount Road Omagh. Have to commend the Parts Dept and Manager Andy for his expedient and caring manner in my dealings with him. Have nothing but praise for this firm.
