Contacted via an insurance policy. Came out within three hours. Fixed the boiler in 5 minutes but stayed to make sure it was working. Another engineer from another firm had taken 11 days to try and fix it and had then walked away when he couldn't leaving us in the lurch.
Tony was professional pleasant and explained what he was doing and what had gone wrong. All in all couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommended. Clean and efficient. Thanks from one very happy family.

first used B&K back in 2013 , professional service , very friendly helpful , above and beyond when it came to fixing our boiler back then,  had a problem over past couple days , came out this morning new part fitted , boiler back in business, wouldnt hesitate to recommend them ,

I  don't know the name of the girl who initially picks up the phone to potential customers but she has got to be the most dumbest and rude individual ive ever spoken to. Dumb is an understatement. Sounds like she's just came out of year 6 education. What in the name are you doing I ask ? She could ruin your operation in one phone call.  I won't be considering these again.
