I had been quoted £5 per item plus VAT to PAT test about 14 power tools, for a council contact that we are starting which would also take them all week to do and I would have to leave all my tools with them for the full week as well!!!! I just typed in PAT testing Chester into Google and came across B&H Electrical, Brain of B&H came out two days later at 9.30am to our offices tested all the units on site for just £1.50 per item and he was done within the hour! He did charge mileage but it was only £8.00, so B&H have saved me £53.50 and I’ve not had to leave any tools for a week to be tested! I can highly recommend these guys for value for money, time keeping and honest service; I will not be looking anywhere else.  Richard Minshull, Director, Minshull Windows Ltd
