After reading the other 2 reviews I can't believe it's the same company we're reviewing. I have got to say, we used Busy B's to lay all our upstairs carpet 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs and the job is perfect. We also purchased carpet for downstairs to be laid at a later date and the staff at the shop can't do enough to help us out. Today I'm going in to get vinyl as I know the product and staff is just as good as a main retailer. Carpet rite in my opinion are awful. Well done Busy B's keep up the good work

Started of ok came out a measured up on appointed date, was told he would ring me the next day with the quote, never heard anything for 4 days! WE went into the shop and asked for the quote to be told oh i havent got it it must be in the car, He really didnt care about our custom and came across as take it or leave it, we decided if there customer service is bad what would there fitting be like? We spent our money with another company! No thanks busy B's
Should be -1 star. I've always used John Lewis for carpets, but I thought it'd be good to keep it local - bad idea. Carpet fitters did a shockingly bad job. They didn't vacuum after lifting the old carpet and laying the new carpet. They didn't measure correctly so glued joins. Didn't know to use hardened steel nail grippers for concrete floor, so they glued it down. The carpets have already frayed from the aluminium door joins they used the old ones. The carpet was cut too short in the bedroom and barely goes to the wall. They broke my bed and didn't say anything. All the doors were stuck open they must have forced the carpet under them, and when I asked if the knew a door trimmer, they didn't know what I was talking about. They didn't clean up before leaving and left me to clean all the mess and waste. A rushed job by unskilled fitters. I'll stick to John Lewis in future. Sad, because it's put me off using anyone local. Grim.
JUST BROUGHT A OFF CUT OF VINYL SAID IT WAS 3-1" X 13' WAS NOT IT WAS 3'-1" X 9'-10" SO FAR TOO SHORT FOR THE TWO ROOMS I NEED IT FOR WANT A WASTE OF MONEY WILL BE PHONING TRANDING STANDARDS SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD
