BB Fathima Cash and Carry offers a good selection of products and meats, with quality that stands out. However, the prices are slightly higher compared to similar shops in the area. It would be great if they could expand their vegetable selection, as it tends to be the same options every time.nnThe sales staff are very helpful and assist well in finding products. The cashiers are efficient, but a bit of grooming and customer service training—such as greeting customers with warm smiles—would enhance the overall experience.
Meat section is a joke. I asked them to take the skin off the 2 chickens I ordered but they put it as it is without cleaning or taking the skin off. chicken is smelly and doesn't looks fresh. £5 a chicken they charged me and upon asking why the price is so high and I was told there is a shortage on the chicken that's why price has gone up. I couldn't believe this. Also chicken isn't sold by weight, it's £5 a chicken. Horrible experience and I would advise customers to be careful when buying chicken from here. Groceries wise this store is okay as they have plenty of stuff on the shelf and grocery staff is helpful too. This review is only for the unfresh chicken from BB Fatima chadwell heath.
I ordered via Uber eats. It’s a little pricey even in the shops, but quality is very good and fresh. I also order from Masala Bazaar or go there myself instead of going to BB Fatima cash and curry, because they are slightly expensive…clean and fresh - definitely.nThere are two branches of this shop. One of the shops will write down if it’s a baby chicken or changed with tandoori, the other doesn’t. Ordered 2x baby chicken and 1x tandoori not sure now if the other is tandoori, looks the same and same size. -
Good Selection of spices and produce.nnPlenty of space to park.
Ordered beef mince online via Uber eats - it was spoiled today. Was definitely not fresh when it came in. Never buying anything from here again.
