STAY AWAY.. Extremely dishonest, rude, unprofessional and abusive management. We used to shop there every week and it used to be good. However in last few weeks under new management e.g. person named Muhammad Chaudhary, the standard of products and service has deteriorated including over charging. When I complained for the first time ever about consistently poor products and over charging in last couple of week's shopping, their managers especially Muhammad Chaudhary - don't even know if he gave me his correct name!! behaved extremely rudely and was even lying and abusive to my surprise. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN..
The meat at BB Fatima Cash and Carry, Chadwell is always fresh and clean, showing their commitment to quality. The customer service is fantastic too—the staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping there a pleasant experience.nExcellent and highly recommended.nBought Chicken...
Worst Experience Ever!!nThey are totally scamming their customers. I bought Amul Desi Ghee from them when i opened the box, it was all liquid stuff like Indian vegetable oil. When we tried to empty the whole box in the end we can see lumps of something else. I have valid proof the pictures of what I am saying.nStop selling fake products!!
BUTCHER IS HUGE SCAM AVOID IT, Big fraud in butcher, I bought three tandoori chicken asked to cut it 8 in pieces each, in two minutes after payment the butcher give three whole tandoori chicken 15 pieces each, they mix all other old chicken. I was their regular customer from now I will not step in to this scam stores anymore.
Great selection and variety generally. They have fruits and vegetables you can't get in this country. Shelf's are always stocked and staff and very helpful.
