I asked for help to several different employees they were polite, attentive and so helpful. The lad on the till had the time of day for you. It was brilliant service throughout the visit. It made a shopping experience special.

Went to B&Q IN HUDDERSFIELD TO BUY EMERY PAPER. ASKED A B&Q STAFF WHERE I SHOULD FIND IT. THE REPLY WAS "WHAT IS EMERY PAPER? TRIED TO EXPLAIN BUT GOT BLANK LOOKS FROM HIM AND A FELLOW EMPLOYEE. LEFT EMPTY HANDED.

Currently good supplies but could do to collect trollies more often and return to the entrance
