This was mine and my husband’s experience. We were greeted by fed up looking staff. The first girl talked us out of going into the outdoor covered area. She said it was really hot out there, even though there were lots of people out there enjoying themselves. She then put us next to a computer station in the dark dining inside. We got to listen to every complaint about all the customers, it was great! The food was mediocre, pizza looked like a frozen cheese pizza with prosciutto and rocket dropped on top after baking. They forgot to bring out my drink so when it finally arrived, the Prosecco was flat. The Guinness was not fresh either. At the end there was a lovely guy who took our payment. The other wait staff were sullen and seemed to hate their job which made it hard to enjoy even the mediocre food. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

We can't stop talking about the Gambas! The calamari, burger, and the tempura fish and chips was all amazing. Very nice staff told us they had the best pour of Guinness in town and did not disappoint!

Lovely Italian food. Ascetic of the resturant is warm and cosy and staff very friendly. A bit pricy for the location however I wasn't disappointed with the food.

Great menu with a great choice of starters, mains and desserts, also a great wine and cocktail menu. Food was fabulous but the service was excellent. Cannot recommend enough. 5 .

Nice warm welcome. The menu here is amazing and we found it difficult to choose but we decided on calamari to start which were cooked perfectly, more mayo next time please. We had the salmon special and the prawns for mains and again expertly cooked accompanied by very nice sauté potatoes. We both had the cheesecake for dessert and it was the nicest I have had in a while. Staff were very attentive and always had something nice to say. Azzurro is a little pricey but has a great buzz and the food makes it really worth it. We will most definitely be back.

Excellent food and excellent service  Always a relaxing nice atmosphere and a great view of the sea from upstairs! We dine here every time we come to Dunmore East

Beautiful food with friendly staff. Before we decided where we were going to eat my girlfriend's little boy who has autism needed the toilet so my girlfriend asked if it was ok and the girl said no problem with a smile. That made our mind up so we returned later to have our lunch and we really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend the steak
