This was not 100% our bag, but the service was excellent. One of the friendliest places we tried. Definitely a very fun place and perfect for couples and families. Limited menu, but you'll find it's enough and will satisfy. Good wines, beer and soft drinks available. Reservations are super recommended. Only 7 spots available but be patient and wait if you can.
My husband had such a pleasant dinner here with our son last night. Our waiter was very nice which wasn't always the case during our trip and the food was tasty. Everything came out quickly and accurately, which is super helpful when you've got a squirrelly almost 2 year old in tow. It was fun to grill our meats at the table and the sauce the waiter recommended we put on after we finished cooking was really nice. The fries were especially good- they came to out hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt. We finished our meal with a slice of caramel cake and a glass of the pineapple liquor- delicious!
Pork belly and chicken are my favorite! Chicken was surprisingly tender and juicy! The pricing is lovely too.

Grill it as you like - tasty and reasonably priced Making your own food there is easy and fun. Prices are good and staff is helpful. The possibility to make every bit of meat as much grilled as you want is a big plus. Maybe we were moderately impressed with the beef chunk but all the others were perfect. And yes, the price of each set is for two persons, not one, which makes it really good price to outcome ratio. Every kind of meat was doubled so it was easy to share between two of us. After two sets we felt adequately satiated – one would suffice if we were not that hungry. As a suggestion we think that adding some vegetable or fruit to a grilling set could be interesting. The bottle of red wine from island of Pico was simply great! and note that we didn’t like other azorean wines we've tried. So if you want to diversify your Ponta Delgada restaurants list you should definitely add this one.
Good grill restaurant where you can freshly grill your own meat. The black beans were awesome! Good price, easy to find. The ventillation of the room was good, we did not smell at all. Reservation is recommended.
A Different place to eat and have fun. It is original and cheap. The staff was very friendly and fast. I totally recommend it.
Ate 2 orders of the filet steak and cow! The quality of the meat was very high all I used was salt and pepper and I loved it !! Tried their homemade made sauce 10/10 You get to grill your own food on charcoal while sitting on your own table chatting and drinking It was lovely and relaxing ! Would recommend to anyone visiting !
Excellent price quality food. Very simple menu, just grilled food you prepare yourself. The system extracts all the smoke so the place is nice and not smelly. Around 13 € per person will give you meat, drinks, salad, rice and french fries enough for eating. Really nice staff and really fast service.
