Real treasure trove of a shop with a wide variety of stock and great garden centre. Very polite and friendly service received in the shop.  Also good that you can get stuff delivered for a reasonable price...small criticism - can you be a wee bit more specific re delivery times and keep to a schedule as it's hard sometimes to commit the whole day to await a delivery ?

I have contacted them 3 times,twice to sales team and once on their general email due to a part of order being damaged plus sent photo evidence...no reply. very poor customer service

GREAT LOCAL HARDWARE STORE WITH EVERYTHING, BETTER THAN B&Q. THE ONLY CHANGE I CAN SEE SINCE MY LAST VISIT, IS IF ANYTHING THIS SHOP HAS GOT BETTER!  AND STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Well what can I say, fantastic shop and staff. Open 7 days a week very convenient and appear to store anything and everything you could ever need or want. The Café inside is a very nice touch too which also appears to be doing a fantastic business. Both are definitely worth a visit.
