Very Poor Experience as a TravellernnI visited this mosque twice as a traveller passing through the area. While I could perform my salat, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome and unsafe.nnInteractions were abrupt and lacked basic warmth, empathy, and proper Islamic adab. I sent a detailed feedback message highlighting my concerns as a visitor, but received no reply or acknowledgment from the Imam or management. There was also no decency or effort to investigate the facts of what happened.nnDuring one Fajr visit, while clearly present in the wudu area with obvious signs someone was there, a person switched off the light directly above me and left without making wudu. This unnecessary disruption made me feel deliberately targeted as a stranger. The response to this incident was very lacklustre, with no real care shown to find out what actually occurred — only excuses without proper investigation.nnThe mosque was not friendly or welcoming to an outsider and traveller. This is contrary to the teachings of Islam, which strongly emphasise hospitality, respect, and care toward guests and travellers ibn al-sabil in the house of Allah.nnA mosque should be a house of peace, respect, and mercy for every worshipper. Unfortunately, this fell far short of the standards of good character taught by the Prophet peace be upon him and actually brought disrepute to the community in my eyes.nnI will not be returning. I pray the mosque reflects seriously on visitor care, accountability, and adab so it can become a true place of rahmah for all.
How can jesus peace be upon him be king, he is Allah's servant and a prophet. He was sent to guide the children of Israel. The Jews tried to kill him so AllahGod the Almighty raised him upto the heavens to save his Prophet from the hands of the enemy. He will return towards the end of times.
I understand the Imam is trying to maximise the effect of his Khutbah, but he has a half hour allocation to do so. When Jummah timings are even slightly delayed, this causes makes life difficult. It says prayer start at 1:45. Please be punctual, it's been very poor so far. Although, recitation and reminders are excellent.
