Stephen fitted new boiler and rads to my parents house which has never had central heating. Difficult job and carried out professionally. Highly recommended.

A dispute has arisen because Steve left a valve dripping so much it had overflowed a cup left beneath it onto the floor and potentially the kitchen ceiling. When I contacted Steve he returned the next day to repair this but then charged me an unexpected £145 extra for this. I consider that if Steve had contacted me when the valve became damaged he should have been able to repair it while the water was off and without a second call out for a much lesser amount. After consideration and believing him to be partially responsible for this extra expense, I paid his invoice minus £50. I have tried to communicate with Steve but after a total of 9 texts or e mails he remains unresponsive other than automated e mails informing me that he is taking me to court for the unpaid £50…no discussion no contact with me. I really would not recommend him as you would have major problems if anything went wrong

Stephen installed a new boiler for me. Changed from tank system to combi boiler. Good price, all work completed to a high standard and cleaned up after himself. He even removed all of the old redundant pipework from the old system. He's been back regularly to service the boiler. Great service.

Used Ste many times over the years. He's done everything from fitting Central heating and a Bathroom all the way down to fixing a dripping tap. Always very courteous and offers truthful assessment of any issues that arise. Can't fault his work and would happily recommend him to friends and family for a competitively priced and professional job

I chose Ayres Plumbing and Heating to replaced my gas central heating boiler after obtaining quotes from them and several others. Their quote was competitive, the advice on which system to go for was fact based and balanced. The work was carried out on the dates promised and to a high standard. What else can you ask for? Excellent job.

I have used Stephen many times and always gone a great job for me, always charging a fair price.  I have recommended him to quite a few of my friends and all have said he was brilliant.  I will continue to recommend Stephen.

Steve installed a new boiler and it was a complex job as old condenser boiler was replaced with combi. Work was completed on schedule and the system has since performed faultlessly. Good price too. Highly recommended.
