Hi, I had a bad experience today at 151 dental surgery. My appointment was at 3.40 pm with MRS AMBER AHMED. I picked up my kids from school and stuck in traffic and reached surgery at 3.46 (6 minutes late). MRS AMBER AHMED refused to see me because I was 6 minutes late. Is it possible for anyone from surgery to explain me that most of the time if we are waiting for 15 or 20 minutes in the waiting room why not the dentist waits for patients for 6 minutes. Sometimes surgery people phone to cancel the appointment on the day few hours before. Is it possible that someone from the administration take notice of MRS AMBER AHMED behaviour? Amer Fawad

Surprised at the bad reviews for this place. All the staff are thoroughly pleasant and I have never waited beyond my appointment time to be seen and I go on a Saturday. Had to have 11 fillings the first time I went (over several visits) and they were sorted without too much pain.

This dentist is fine, they are busy during the day so contacting them by phone can be difficult. Wait long enough, and you'll get through. My teeth were in a horrible way, and this dentist has sorted them right out (once they began accepting new patients, which took a month or so). Nothing overly special about the place, but the one star reviews aren't really very helpful in describing the service you get. Lovely people, and they fix your teeth.

Do not waste your time with this dentist. I registered a month ago and have spent the past 3 weeks trying to get through to arrange an appointment with no luck. Either the phone doesn't get answered or it is engaged and they also don't respond to emails. I finally received a call from someone today with appalling customer service who advised they are not taking appointments on Saturdays which is the whole reason I registered with this dentist!

Been a registered all my life. Called multiple times to arrange a booking previously but e phone never got picked up. Called today and he lady said since the new refurbished they will not be taking new customers. My mother, brother, father still use the dentist. Due to the previous management incompetence. I have to find a new dentist. Explaining my point to the lady on the phone resulted in no compassion. Long time custom does not mean anything to new management. Avoid!
