While the bus station is awful to wait in, no shelter, waiting room, loos or adequate electronic notice boards....a very big thank you to the traffic controller who stopped me missing the  Irish ferry bus today. He realised I was at the usual stand and it had pulled in elsewhere.

I asked the Info Desk Chap where the coach to Belfast stops at. His only response was 'The other side'. The only reason I knew where to stand was asking a man who I found out was also heading to Belfast; taking his son to see Linfield.

No toilets.E mailed Stagecoach.They said council own it.E mailed council..they said Stagecoach own it...Thus no one responsible or someone is.........!

guys i got a bus here and there was no toilet on the bus and i nearly pissed myself and there’s no toilet in the bus station so i might piss myself when i get there

3 times this week bus hasn't turned up,wee old people standing waiting for 50 mins on another ,service is appualing
