Highly recommend lock and key, our front door lock had stopped working and Peter came out promptly, immediately secured the door and ordered the parts we needed, coming back out to refit within a few days. Also explained what had happened, and how much the part would possibly cost came in less than estimated. Great service, really helpful, no time wasting and the parts are under warranty, so what's not to like!

After being quoted an astronomic price from Citroën to replace my damaged key I emailed Lock and Key and got the information I needed even after they were closed. Fitted me in first thing next morning and sorted out and a repair. Awesome customer service! Well done guys.

Called them out for MILTON KEYNES on an emergency 8am Monday morning, James attended within the hour as promised, locked  in own house as door mechanism had snapped inside door skin, replaced parts & working again within no time.  James was fantastic, friendly & courteous - definitely recommend. Thank you Lock & Key great service!

I needed an engineer to look at a patio lock on a tenants door that would not open. I supplied full details of the tenant. They called my tenant and effected a repair within a short time frame. They were very efficient. I have used this company several times for my business key cutting, lock replacement and I would highly recommend them

Front door lock stopped working, needed replacing as over 20 years old. Good ol' Weathershield using non standard parts so whole mechanism needed replacing. took a few days to source new one, but fitting took an hour and half, just a day before Christmas. Yes it was expensive but well worth it. No problems with communication at all, and both the guys who came out were excellent. My one minor criticism is they didn't ask how many keys I wanted, before they came to fit, so we had to go into the shop to get more cut. otherwise very impressed and would recommend.

Pete arrived within an hour or two of us contacting Lock and Key, and, despite our failed back door lock turning out to be particularly challenging, he was able to solve the problem and replace the lock. And he's a professional and really nice guy too! Highly recommended!

Front door accidentally blew shut with key still inside, locking us out!  Great service from Lock and Key, Peter was with us in 30 mins and we were soon back in doors.  Would definitely recommend their services.

My door lock broke and the installer couldn't fix it. These guys were easy to get hold of, easy to book an appointment with, let me know when they were coming and the locksmith was friendly and able to fix the issue. Definitely recommend them

Quoted for 2 locks only one fitted but I lock never changed. Work they did do.. left gaps in the lock covers which were fine  before they arrived.. so can now be prized off with a screwdriver from outside. Avoid…

Mercedes Aylesbury were very downbeat at helping me to get an extra key for my CL500 so I asked my own local garage The Car works - Berkhamsted who suggested Aylesbury Lock and key .  I called them and they said we can do you later today.  They did do me. Didn't take the name of the guy but he was helpful amusing professional and quick. Key programmed with Mercedes.  Can't recommend them highly enough
