This is a very small station of a small town Aylesbury.. it is so neat and clean… it has 3 platforms with foot over bridge to cross the railway tracks - those who can’t climb stairs can use the elevators. This has regular train connective to London city.
Tickey machines are absolute nightmare. If you want to buy anytime return, you still have to choose times. Machine won't let you choose certain times, even though there is train at that time. The amount of time I missed a train because of this is ridiculous. And most people go to Marylebone when going to London - why is that not on the list of main options, but you add some random rail cards which cost more? Sort the freaking machines out, no other machine is complicated like this!!!!
Can't say enough good things about the railway attendant Keith. Not only was he incredibly professional and friendly, but he was very helpful and even lent me his personal phone charger. Thanks again Keith!
Very helpful gentleman in the ticket office at Aylesbury. Couldn't do enough for us. A credit to Chiltern Railways. Thank you.
