Probably pointless leaving this review as there is others similar. They turned up two hours after the order was placed… nice. The what I presume owner put the phone down on me when I tried to cancel it by this point. Remember it’s not just the £20 we spend to night it’s the repeat custom and other people we knows custom too. Add it all together it’s at least hundreds lost. It’s called business.

We ordered from them and after a while we got an email saying our order had been cancelled as they had tried to contact us and we didn’t reply, the guy sent us a random mobile number and we aren’t generally people who ring random numbers. After they rang again and then we rang back he asked if we wanted to reorder and that he’d see us soon. That was over an hour ago. Its been over 2 hours and we are still without our desserts. Probably won’t even try them again as this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Was very disappointed! First time ordering, to being late phoned them up to them saying they will be a further 25mins?? So waiting another 30mins and phoned again to them saying why am I pestering them the order was replaced?? In which I did not receive then the phone call got cut off by them, which left me to go through justeats to deal with the refund of monies owed to me! Disgusted by the way I was treated as a customer will not recommend to anyone!! First and last time will be using this restaurant!!

This ice cream driver is a joke... as a parent of 2 young children im utterly disusted... nearlly everyday he's turning up doing rounds at anywhere from 20.15pm till to 21.10pm which is bang out of order.... surely young children should be i bed....... this wants stopping this time of night surely

Ordered from them and they didn't turn up then when I called to say that it has still not turned up, they pretended that they had a call from us saying that we didn't want it anymore?

Perfect every time... Great value for money and the customer service is 110%

Rubbish service never turned up didn’t even let us know the order was cancelled until an hour later

Stop driving around with loud music after 7PM!
