Decent pricing for my first year with them for Car Insurance. Renewal for second year was more than €500 higher than previous year. No factors had changed during this time to contribute to a higher premium. Seems like they don't want business.

Great customer service
Called on the phone on the number listed for a quotation for my first car and the man I’ve spoken to first is very kind and patient even though the line is a bit bad thoughout the call. When I called in again because I didn’t receive the email I was supposed to get the woman who took the call wasn’t nice. And the email they sent was only a general info that I could get from online. Then when I made the third call because I am decided I would get the car insurance anyway, the woman who assisted wasn’t very friendly and I couldn’t understand what she was saying half the time. I had a headache because all I hear in the end was something like ‘....ok?,’...ok?’. She wasn’t nice. I asked her if she could send me the quotation and what does it entail. In the end I received the same general info email. I don’t know if that’s what it’s supposed to be. I wished I had talked again with the first man. It was lovely at the start but now it’s a bad experience, and I haven’t bought anything yet. The third lady did it for me.
