I agree with the first reviewer. We have a very tiny (£150) claim for a small treatment by a doctor while my daughter was on holiday in the Dominican Republic in June. It is now September and we have had nothing but delay and prevarication from the word go, with no solution in sight. Contacting them my phone is a nightmare (with no positive result) and emails receive an automatic "please allow us 10 days to get back to you" response...and then nothing happens. I would strongly recommend you go with a company that cares. AXA DON'T!!

Poor insurance company discusting traetment by staff in handling case would highly recomed people look for different companys before choosing axa we will never use this company again
