Went into the Ballymena branch a while ago to get a quote and ask for clarification on some issues. We were met by a woman and a younger fella who was doing his training I presume. The woman talked us through the quote but some of the points she mentioned did not sound feasible at all so when she was challenged on the points she was making, her response was ( word for word) "Maybe that's the way they do it back in your country but that's not the way it works here". Needles to say I was so shocked, that I left the branch without hearing what else she had to say on the quote. Also, feel sorry for the trainee guy.. he was mortified.
