Well they don’t call them awesome for nothing, the customer service was excellent and I’ve never seen a workshop so clean in my life. Such an amazing experience, you wouldn’t even think you were in a workshop. The team are all lovely and welcoming and their experience really shows. So happy with the work carried out on my A3 definitely worth the hour recovery drive. Will definitely be back. Thank you to all the team you really are Awesome!
Awesome garage was an awesome experience which I enjoyed! strange thing to say about having your car serviced but it's true. The garage was convenient to get to and the staff very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I waited whilst my car was serviced I was able to work on my laptop from a comfortable reclining sofa in the showroom style waiting area, it was great. The service felt very professional and the price of the service cheaper than the main Seat dealer i have always previously used. I was a little uncertain about trying Awesome, but I left a very happy customer and would recommend it based on my experience.
Great customer service and jobs done with precision! Keep it up guys. Whenever I call; there is a wait to get through as they are very busy but once I do, Lisa is always helpful and polite with my queries. Can’t wait to visit the newly refurbished shop in a few days!
First time visiting the new unit today and I was well impressed, fantastic show/waiting room and the workshop was immaculate. All of the staff were very friendly and highly knowledgeable. They had no issues taking on some unexpected work on top of what i'd booked in for on the same day. Will definitelly be back
Cannot thank this place enough.nnI took my S5 Cabriolet to Awesome after some components in the boot got water damaged. I personality replaced all the bits that needed replacing myself, and just took it to them for coding. Despite the module being an uncommon one, they managed to resolve the coding and programming faults in the 2 hours they quoted.nnOriginally I called my local Audi dealership to do the work, but they weren't interested as I sourced the parts myself... Unbelievably they wanted to charge me £760 +20 VAT for a part I got for £50 off a scrap car.nnAwesome really saved the day, highly recommend. Very, very knowledgeable folk.
