Friendly staff and very professional. Our toilet flush seal needed replacing and after getting a reasonable quote from them, they sent over a plumber to look into the problem and it was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend them!

He did not bother even looking at me when i walked in and waiting for someone to help me. He was on the phone then he hung up, then nothing he kept checking the magazine or catalog whatever it was. Not gonna be bother even visit this place ever again. I wanted to give 0 stars but unfortunately wasnt an option here.

Got me out of a tight spot at 16:45 on a Friday. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Also, parts were quite a bit cheaper that on the web!

I had a diy emergency basically I had to fix the tap and mop up the mess I made before my wife came back. Two big chains didn't have the part I needed not only did Awan have the part but he told me how to fit it.He was a real star and saved my marriage so a massive thanks.
