Really nice place to grab some bargains. You do have to have an account with them. Staff are all very nice, more than happy to assist and everything is well organised. Depending on what you need; you can always find a bargain or two. The only suggestion I would make is to revamp the look of the warehouse. It does look slightly run down/ lack of love, etc. Some fresh light, new flooring, and a little bit more presentation of the store would make the place perfect. There is plenty of free parking.
I found this place very pleasant and easy to do wholesale shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I found it easy to sign up and register with no friction. Huge range of selections. I will shop here again for my trade needs. Watford Superstore Ltd
Customer service at Awan cash and carry are extremely DISGUSTING, the staff are rude and not helpful, they refuse to check stock or help with other items. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THE SERVICE WAS DISAPPOINTING!
Refused entry, reason was the account holder should be there himself and the account holder is business owner having around 50 shops up and down the country. How can he out of all the tings come and buy items.

Best product and good behavior by staff
5 months ago I would haven't given it 5 stars, if it weren't for the unprofessional, irrational, waste of time staff. Especially at the tills. It's ridiculous, they aren't even that busy and make you wait ages. Customers have to do all the work. Could be much more popular if they actually trained staff in customer service. Otherwise some decent stuff in here for wholesale. 14th April 2020 Things have really changed around here, so I am editing my review. New staff, polite, kind, helpful. Excellent place for all your household wholesale needs. Great prices. And much much better customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for turning it around.
Very bad customer service, they put 4.00pm closing on Sunday but when I got there quarter to 4 they were closed. They should put the right opening times on the Google ad.
