I had some damage to my car repaired by AW Repair Group. The company were professional from start to finish. I was supplied with a courtesy car while the car was fixed. The car exchange was simple and hassel free. I received regular texts to update me on the progress and was given an estimated completion date. I received a couple of phone calls also to update and to re arrange collection. The work was completed within 1 week. When I collected my car I was incredibly impressed with the work done, I can’t tell at all that any damage was there in the first place, the paint work is Immaculate! The staff were excellent and very helpful. all in all a very good experience! Thank you!

Initial contact from AW at Sleaford was very quick after notifying my insurer of the incident. Had the damage assessment performed the following day and my insurer approved the estimate and the car was collected from my home 4 working days later. AW kept me informed of progress by text and also gave me a completion date. I collected my car on the due date and I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out. Everything is as it should be and the finish blends perfectly to the rest of the car. Very pleased with what turned out to be a hassle free experience. Thanks to all the staff involved in my repair and for finding my glove in the car park! It's not often you find all the staff professional, very knowledgable, courteous and friendly in one company. Keep up the good work folks!

Very happy with the work carried out on my Lexus at Sleaford. Reception personnel and workshop operatives very helpful. I would be very happy to recommend AW repair Centre.

Picked up our Mokka last week after a 10-day repair to damaged front end. So far we are happy with the repairs and quality of the workmanship. AW group text updates were timely and informative although I felt a few photo’s of ongoing repairs would have been interesting.

The repair seems good quality and staff seemed friendly and helpful on the surface. However our experience was frustrating as they failed to meet deadlines and estimations they gave us. Every email they said they would send was not sent until I called them and asked again. I would not recommend them to a friend
