I should have stood my ground. I should have declined the wood. But after describing my needs and paying a similar price to what I pay at my other supplier I was presented with a grade far below what was required. I know I am not a significant customer and I know it is a small order. But I should have said no and I should have gone somewhere else.

Very hard to give a good review as Avonplywood have never responded to any of my emails or web enquiries. I spent a long time on their website inputting my cutting list requirements and I'm still waiting for contact nearly 3 weeks later. I fear this is due to the smaller size of my order (2 sheets of birch plywood). I will update this if they ever reply, but I expect I'll need to speak to robbins timber.
