Up to now we have always been happy with AVIS in the UK. This time return was unfriendly and charged us extra 23pounds for cleaning the inside of the car! After two weeks in the countryside of course there is dirt on the floor! But when the car was taken over, it was not clean in- and outside! (We did not care) So be aware and take fotos with your mobile what we did not do unfortunately! Also the fuel was not full! Damages on outside were not mentioned! Up to now no reaction on complaint! Poor!!

Service is always excellent. Weird that Avis Preffered does not offer a special arrangement for clients arriving at Luton Airport after 11 pm. So when regular Avis clients arrive after 11 pm they have to book a car with a competitor? Not a clever move from Avis...

Excellent service with really professional staff. You couldn't get better service than we received after a long day travelling. Very quick process to get our car and the car was brought a lot closer and Pablo even helped with our luggage. It was truly a 5 star service.

It'a all great, but make sure you leave at least 30min for the shuttle (even though the sign says 'Every 15 mins')
