A Calm Port in a Storm – Outstanding Service at Aviemore StationnnWe recently found ourselves caught in the middle of a storm. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown, especially by Frances, the station manager.nnFrances was absolutely brilliant. Calm, kind, and completely in control, she went out of her way to make sure our family — including our two young kids — were looked after and reassured. While others were clearly overwhelmed, she never once lost her cool and treated everyone with patience and compassion.nnIt's easy to praise a station when things are running smoothly, but it's how people handle the tough moments that really shows their character. Frances turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something memorable for all the right reasons. She’s a true credit to the station and to ScotRail.nnThank you, Frances, and thank you Aviemore Station — for being the calm in the storm.
