Staff were very helpful and understanding however the food, being that it's a fish and chip shop they can't cook fish. Both the 1st and the replacement had under cooked batter, very off putting. Thank you for understanding and a refund
Soggy batter, most of which was stuck to the paper wrapping , bitty chips .. far from a good fish and chips..not recommended
