Bunch of cowboys . Survey a joke . Badly positioned pellet boiler , inaccessible bulk hopper never been  able to use , incorrect & inadequate insulation , wiring not connected so boiler ran at max all the time , using about 5 times as much fuel as it should , boiler not programmed , leaking joint on hot water tank . Installation a mess . Remedial engineer fixed leak but seemed not to know anything about the boiler itself , just suggested we leave everything on permanently . Said we needed a new hot water tank ( not true ) as he left  . Left a tap running when he left ( fortunately we're not on a meter ) . Ryan , owner (?) won't answer phone or return calls . Still haven't had our 'free' first service . Lied to by the rep - another cowboy .
