Unreliable taxi service - gave them two opportunities, several months apart and both were poor experiences. I need a reliable transport provider that I can trust to deliver. No response or explanation as I why I was let down on either occasion. Take you hard earned cash to a better text service.
We had a fixed price 2 people and 2 suitcases, Airport to postcode prepaid, the driver would not let us have the luggage until we paid £60 extra, his excuse is that they were heavier than he expected.
They didn't give me a receipt and then wouldn't email it to me afterwards when I requested one!
