Lime render completed 3 years ago, with 15 year guarantee. Render is now falling off but Mr Shaw does not return calls or emails to rectify.  Update: Now received contact…to say they won’t rectify because they’ve seen this review! Issue logged with Guild of Master Craftsmen.

We recently appointed Avant do our external repointing and rendering of our gavel wall on a very old house.  The team were absolutely brilliant, worked very hard and delivered a very great outcome for us too.  They were very professional, courteous and friendly and delivered a tremendous outcome for us, we are so pleased with their work.  Thanks Karl and team.

This was a re-render job on a large house, the team were very friendly and did a good job of clearing up, replacing any damaged downpipes and lower roof tiles which were limited due to the amount of coverings applied.
