I have been attending sessions with Jane for nearly 2 years and can honestly say what a difference she has made to my health and wellbeing through reflexology and hypnotherapy, I am far more relaxed and able to control my anxiety a lot easier, would highly recommend Avalon as Jane is such a friendly and welcoming person and really do appreciate the difference she has made to my life.

Can't recommend this lady enough her therapy has changed my life. She has helped me grow in confidence and become and more relaxed content person.

I've had reflexology with Jane to help with anxiety and it's such a worthwhile treatment, Jane makes you feel at ease and relaxed from start to finish.... can't recommend her enough.
