After some really disappointing and disheartening experiences in other dress shops, I honestly walked into Ava Rose Hamilton feeling nervous and unsure. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the moment I arrived, Bernie and the entire team made me feel completely at ease, listened to, and genuinely cared for.nnBernie has an incredible way of making you feel special without any pressure at all. She truly gets it — what you’re looking for, how you’re feeling, and what you need in that moment. The team were so patient, kind, and supportive, especially after hearing about my previous not-so-great experiences elsewhere.nnAnd then… I found the dress. My dream dress. Something I never thought I’d say after everything that came before. The experience was emotional in the best way, and I finally felt excited and confident again.nnAva Rose Hamilton is everything a bridal shop should be — warm, welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely magical. If you’ve had difficult experiences dress shopping before, please don’t give up. Come here. Bernie and her team will restore your faith and help you find something truly special. Our wedding dress shopping experience was an absolute dream at Ava Rose Hamilton Bridal boutique.nnFrom the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. I was asked how I was feeling, excited, nervous – based on a previous bridal dress appointment, I was a little apprehensive as I hadn’t been made to feel particularly welcome and was not the experience I’d hoped for. I needn’t have worried as my appointment with Ava bridal was completely different!nnWe had a short wait whilst we waited for the previous appointment to finish but had a chance to look at the wide range of dresses available whilst we waited.nnOnce shown upstairs to the fitting room, the layout for me and my guests was warm and comfortable, comfy couches, soft carpet and drinks and snacks available.nnWe were asked budget, expectations and ideal dress styles which meant no uncomfortable conversations during fittings. Nobody wants to fall in love with a dress that is outside of budget!nnJJ was our consultant for the appointment and made the whole appointment incredibly fun and easy. It was a breath of fresh air to be listened to and to have a consultant who was clearly experienced to know what suited his brides and advised on any amendments that could be made to each dress sleeves, lace embellishment, extra button detailing, lining nothing was too much trouble! He also advised when something was not possible and realistic expectations.nnI was gifted a goody bag of treats when I was able to say yes to the dress which topped off the whole experience to a tee!nnThankyou to all the team at Ava Bridal, I’m so pleased I was able to say yes to the dress!nnLots of love Amanda xx
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Bernie at Ava Rose. From start to finish the experience was so special. Bernie listened to what sort of styles I liked, went with me to pick out as many dresses as I wanted and also picked out a few for me that she thought I would like. I ended up absolutely loving the first dress I tried on, and after trying on all the others went back the that dress and said yes. The pink sparkling wine was such a lovely touch afterwards which was served to me and my family that was with me. I also had a great experience picking out a veil once my dress had arrived in store, again with Bernie.nnThe boutique itself is stunning, hundreds of dresses to choose from but I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Absolutely would recommend any bride to be to book an appointment here!
I cannot recommend this bridal store enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. My stylist Jj was absolutely incredible - he took the time to understand my vision and preferences, making the entire experience feel personal and so so special.nnWhat stood out the most was how unrushed the process was. Jj patiently guided me through the selection, offering insights and suggestions without any pressure. It was clear his goal was to help me find my dream dress, and he truly succeeded.nnThe attention to detail and the care shown by the entire team made this journey unforgettable. From start to finish, every moment was amazing. I walked out with not only a stunning wedding dress but also wonderful memories.nnThank you for making this such a joyful experience!
Ava Rose Hamilton was by far the best experience I have had at a bridal shop. Niamh who helped me was absolutely lovely & so accommodating. She spent time getting to know me & never rushed or pressured me to make a decision unlike other bridal shops I’ve been to. The shop is beautiful & has so many little touches like deodorant in the changing rooms to make brides feel comfortable & confident. I really can’t recommend them enough - thank you Niamh & Ava Rose Hamilton
