Thank you so much Ava Rose Hamilton and in particular Bernie for helping me choose my dress! You really spent the time thinking about what I wanted and for someone who hates shopping it was a lovely experience! I felt so beautiful on the day and the dress was perfect!
I said “yes” to the dress!!! Bernie was an absolute dream. She made it effortless for me, it was almost like she was in my head and knew exactly what I needed before I even asked. I felt completely relaxed throughout & I can’t thank her enough. Thank you also to Anna for being so friendly on arrival and the perfect assistant. Had the most magical day on Saturday, we were made to feel very welcome as we come into the store. The store itself is absolutely stunning! I had Jj helping me to find my dream dress and he did that and more! Made me feel very comfortable and I felt so confident, I can’t wait until I can wear my dress again, I would 100% recommend to anyone who is trying to find their dream dress ‍
I had the most wonderful experience at Ava Rose Hamilton yesterday. After a disappointing experience in another bridal shop, I was quite nervous about trying more dresses on, but there was no need to worry. My stylist Michelle was absolutely brilliant! She listened to my thoughts and worries and gave me plenty of time to take in everything. From the beginning to the end of the appointment Michelle made me feel so special and I cannot wait to go back and pick my dress up!
I went to Ava Rose bridal dress shopping last weekend with my mum, sister, two bridesmaids and my 10months old son. The whole experience was amazing and they made it enjoyable for each and every one of us, and made sure all my bridal party was included all the way through. I was worried about taking my son and him being fussy but they were really accommodating of him being there too.nnMy assistant was Zoe and honestly she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I wasn’t sure at all what I wanted, and she made it really simple to find the style and shape I liked, and took onboard what I didn’t want. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being a faff or a pain. I wasn’t sure I would find a dress on trip one, but because she listened to my feedback in each dress she was able to understand from me what I did want and I left with my dream dress!!! I am actually a bit gutted she did her job so well and did in fact find my dress so fast as I was rather enjoying the whole experience nnIt was a bit of a trek out for us all but I would 100% do it again and again as I can’t fault any of the process, shop or service! They really do have it all and I’m so excited to go back and do my accessories and see my dress when she is back from the designer!
