Iv been attending AVA regularly for PT with Andy for last few years. Fun and effective sessions. He adapts easily to suit you on the day. He is passionate about his work And truly loves his job. He has a nack of getting the best out of people. I always recommend him for his physiotherapy services as well as PT. Thanks Andy for your help over the years. 😊😊

Great PT sessions, good mix of weights and cardio. Excellent lifestyle coaching and mentoring too. Has worked on some rehab sessions on me following back and calf muscle injuries getting me back up and running again. Would highly recommend Al Little

Andy is not only an exceptional personal trainer who is fun to be around and brings so much energy. He has helped me a lot with personal issues mentally. I love going even if it’s just for a chat and time out away from everyday life.

Referred to Andy for a back/shoulder/arm whiplash injury and highly recommend him for rehab and for massage. He’s very knowledgeable, gives really helpful advice and is very friendly too, plus goes out of his way to fit in appointments at times convenient to you.

For the last 4 years my rugby team have visited AVA for a pre season camp. Very professional set up, the training is tough but made very enjoyable by all staff involved
