Recently purchased a Ford Fiesta for my kids and Adam was extremely helpful. He gave us options of cars and engine sizes and advised us what would suit what we needed. No pushy salesman here they were so helpful and once we decided what we wanted we paid a deposit and returned within 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. We received the full service history and full details of the car, it had been valeted which was fab and had a service done. Highly recommend Autotrade
Bought a car from them recently and very pleased with the service. got it delivered, all spick and span, and when an issue occurred with the stereo, rather than me having to go all the way to them I was able to get it fixed down here, and they paid the bill. all in all very pleased, would highly recommend.
I went in today to view a Honda and Steve walked out with the keys as I was looking around and just left me to have a look. There was no pressure or chitchat until I went to give the keys back and this is exactly why these guys are the best in the business.nnWe had a nice long chat about the best course of action and they literally told me “you love your car, you have a great car, stick with it!”.nnI would 110% recommend Steve and Harvey as THE professional car dealers note not salesmen to purchase a vehicle from. Just brought my Nissan Juke from Auto trader Birmingham and I can’t recommend them enough! My first time buying a car but Steve was super friendly, very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the car and the service I received!
