CUSTOMER REVIEW RECEIVED ON 21/07/22 “Whilst travelling on a busy M6 late on a Friday afternoon just on the junction from Walsall, towing a caravan and with three young kids on board, our Land Rover Discover Sport unfortunately broke down with no warning. Having just made it onto the hard shoulder before coming to a complete stop, we were recovered by Shane from Autorite. From that point forward, Shane could not have done more to help us with what was looking like a very sticky situation. As it was late Friday you can perhaps imagine the challenges of finding accommodation for five people at short notice and then, the following day, trying to arrange to have our car taken to a dealership to be diagnosed and fixed, whilst also trying to arrange alternative transport in the meantime – it simply proved to be impossible. As it was, Jason the mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem then made arrangements to get parts ordered and to fix the car. Meanwhile, Shane helped us get sorted for accommodation locally whilst all this was going on, ensuring that our kids’ holiday was not ruined before it started. Autorite had the car fixed and we were back on the road by Tuesday – 4 days later. By comparison, our enquiries to a selection of local franchised dealers yielded a best response of 7-10 days to simply diagnose the problem and none of them having a replacement vehicle available for around a month! Once back on the road we went on to have a brilliant family holiday and, quite simply, this was all down to the team at Autorite. Fast reasonable prices and very experienced staff and they will recover from a scooter to a 40 ton HGV no matter where it is or what condition its in you can not get a more professional company much better than crouch or any other TV shown agents they are 004.5. Great guys always quick to respond when needed.
I have been here numerous times collecting or dropping off vehicles, the members of staff at the site are very friendly and will look after you. Their office by the security gate is is clean and easily accessible.
